Re-Inventing “You” is an image consulting and personal development practice based in Koregaon Park, Pune, India. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.
What we collect
When you submit the “Start your journey” enquiry form we collect:
- The details you type in: your name, mobile number and message.
- Technical details sent automatically by your browser: IP address, approximate location derived from your IP address (city, region, country), device type, operating system, browser, screen size, language, time zone, the page you were on and how you reached our website (for example an Instagram or Google link).
- The date and time of your enquiry (Indian Standard Time).
The Presence Audit on our home page runs entirely in your browser — your answers are not sent to us unless you choose to message us.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry by phone, SMS or WhatsApp.
- To recommend the experience that best fits what you are looking for.
- To protect the form from spam and misuse.
- To understand which of our channels bring enquiries, so we can improve our service.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records only as long as needed to respond to you and for our reasonable business records, after which they are deleted.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. Your IP address is sent to an IP-location service solely to estimate your approximate location. We do not share your details with anyone else except where required by law.
If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, your conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by writing to our email address.
